Queues Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 5, 2026

We designed Queues to collect as little information as possible. This policy explains what information the app uses to provide park wait times and park details.

Information stored on your device

Queues does not require an account, and we do not operate servers that collect your personal information.

Your selected park, park visibility and ordering settings, and limited app-state information—such as attribution display timing—are stored on your device. These settings may be shared between your iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple’s app group storage.

If you choose the map’s “Show My Location” control, Queues requests location access only while the map is open. Your location is used on-device to display your position on the map. It is not stored, shared, or sent to our servers or park-data providers.

You can remove locally stored information by deleting the app or clearing its data.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Park data providers

Queues requests park and queue data from third-party services, including ThemeParks.wiki and Queue-Times.com (as a fallback or alternative wait-time provider).

When your device makes these requests, the provider may receive technical request information such as your IP address, request time, user agent, and related network metadata. Those providers handle that information under their own privacy practices.

Park and queue data may be cached temporarily on your device for performance and rate limiting.

Tracking and advertising

Queues does not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or IDFA-based tracking.

External websites

Queues may open external websites in your browser. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Children’s privacy

Queues is a general-audience informational tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from children on our servers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Queues’ features or information practices change. We’ll update the effective date when we do.
